pak334 Platform Agreement

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — the pak334 website accessible at pak334.com, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, account management tools, and mobile browser interfaces.
• "Player" / "You" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any feature of the Platform.
• "Operator" / "We" / "pak334" — the legal entity operating the Platform under an international gaming license, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the registration process on pak334.
• "Wallet" — the PKR-denominated virtual balance held within a Player's Account, used for placing bets, playing games, and processing withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, reload bonuses, or cashback amounts credited to an Account by pak334 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all Players via the Account dashboard.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on pak334, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by pak334 or any third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a pak334 employee, in a role that could create a conflict of interest with platform operations.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by pak334 for a breach of these Terms.

pak334 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your use of the Platform. Where satisfactory proof is not provided within a reasonable period specified by pak334, the Account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on pak334. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. You must update your Account information promptly whenever any of the registered details change.

pak334 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and OTP verification on your Account. These security features are available directly from the Account dashboard and significantly reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

pak334 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any Account at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, provided that any real-money balance (not Bonus Funds) is returned to the Player via the same payment method used for deposit.

pak334 operates under an international gaming license that mandates strict Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal from any Account and may be requested at any other point during the account lifecycle at pak334's discretion.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID — CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the EasyPaisa account, JazzCash number, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your own name.
• Source of Funds: In cases where deposits exceed defined thresholds, pak334 may request documentation to establish the lawful source of funds.

All KYC documents submitted to pak334 are handled in accordance with the pak334 Privacy Policy and are used exclusively for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and identity verification purposes. Submitting false, altered, or fraudulently obtained documentation is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

pak334 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pak334 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

pak334 reserves the right to impose deposit limits, request additional documentation, or place a temporary hold on deposits where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit — or a method that has been verified under the same account holder's name. pak334 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Processed within 1 hour of approval in the vast majority of cases.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer: Processed within 1–3 business days depending on banking partner processing schedules.
• USDT: Processed after standard blockchain confirmation, typically within 30–60 minutes.

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Where KYC has not been completed, pak334 will initiate the verification process before releasing funds. pak334 targets zero withdrawal fees on its end; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees which are outside pak334's control.

pak334 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, crash game credits, and cashback programmes. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotional page at the time the promotion is active.

General bonus conditions that apply to all pak334 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, device, and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after wagering requirements are met become part of the withdrawable real-money balance.
• pak334 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any Bonus Funds already credited will remain subject to their original wagering requirements until they expire.
• Systematic or professional exploitation of promotions — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Cricket betting free bets are valid only on the specified markets and match types stated in the promotion. Unused free bet stakes are not returned as cash.

pak334 retains the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion was claimed in breach of these Terms.

The following general rules apply across all pak334 gaming products — cricket sportsbook, live casino, Teen Patti, slots, and crash games. Product-specific rules are published within each game or market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pak334. A bet is confirmed only when the system generates a confirmation with a unique transaction reference. Screenshots of bet slips are not accepted as proof of a placed bet.
• Odds and Pricing: Cricket betting odds are displayed in decimal format. pak334 reserves the right to change odds at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed at a given price, that price is locked in.
• Void Bets: pak334 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the declared settlement window, or affected by a technical error that resulted in incorrect odds being offered.
• In-Play Betting: In-play cricket and sports bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of live data latency. During this delay, odds may be updated.
• RNG Games: All slot, crash, and virtual casino games utilise certified Random Number Generation software. Published RTP rates are verified by independent auditors. pak334 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live Casino: All pak334 live casino games are streamed from certified studios. Decisions made by the live dealer are final once the game round is complete. Technical disconnections during a live game round are handled per the individual game provider's rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
• Teen Patti: Teen Patti game rules — including side bet payouts, joker rules, and muflis variant specifics — are displayed within the game lobby. Players are responsible for understanding the rules before placing any stakes.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page and may be adjusted by pak334 at any time, including during a live session for risk management purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak334 Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by pak334.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or card game formats to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity. pak334 is legally obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Using the pak334 Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming. Commercial operations, resale of account access, or running proxy betting services via pak334 are strictly prohibited.
• Providing false identity documentation during the KYC process or attempting to circumvent age verification checks.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pak334 support staff or other Platform users in any communication channel.

pak334 is fully committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable, or if you find yourself gambling more than you intended to, more frequently than planned, or with money allocated for essential expenses, please make use of the tools available to you and seek support.

The following Responsible Gaming tools are available to all Players directly from the Account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Reminders: Set a maximum session duration. pak334 will notify you when the time is reached so you can make an active, informed decision about continuing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 30 days. Your balance is preserved and your Account is reactivated at the end of the period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all pak334 services. During self-exclusion, pak334 Login is suspended, no deposits are accepted, and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately upon request.

Requests made via live chat are actioned within minutes. All pak334 gaming services are strictly for players aged 21 and above.

pak334 encourages players who feel they may have a gambling problem to seek help from independent support organisations. Gambling should never be used as a financial strategy, a method of recovering previous losses, or a response to personal stress or emotional difficulty.

All content on the pak334 Platform — including but not limited to the pak334 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak334 or its duly licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pak334 content without prior written consent from pak334.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pak334 software or game.
• Use the pak334 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with pak334 that does not exist.
• Create derivative works based on pak334 content or Platform features.

Any breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of your access licence and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak334 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of — or inability to access — the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any game or feature thereon, whether resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond pak334's reasonable control.
• Any losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform, including typographical or pricing errors that have been promptly corrected by pak334.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The conduct of third-party game providers whose software is integrated into the pak334 Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak334's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pak334 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to pak334 collecting and using your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices in summary:

• Personal data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and regulatory reporting obligations.
• pak334 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies strictly as required for platform operations.
• All data is transmitted via TLS-encrypted connections. Sensitive credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing protocols.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to pak334's regulatory record-keeping obligations. Requests should be submitted to [email protected].

pak334 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory requirements, changes in platform features, or operational updates. Where material changes are made, pak334 will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification before the revised Terms take effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure via [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak334 holds its international gaming license.

Dispute resolution process:

1. Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to pak334 support at [email protected]. pak334 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full response within 14 calendar days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with pak334's internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body appointed under pak334's gaming license. Details of the escalation authority will be provided in pak334's response to your initial complaint.
3. Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through Steps 1 or 2, either party may pursue the matter through the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

In all circumstances, pak334 will cooperate fully and in good faith with any legitimate dispute resolution process. Players are encouraged to keep records of all relevant communications and transaction references when submitting a complaint.
